THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9781 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".....Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to decease the prices pf Bamboos by collecting the handling and transport charges from the petitioner society....."

It is a case where petitioner seeks reduction of prices of the Bamboos.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests (Telangana). Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the respective parties, as it is the policy of the State to reduce pollution and encourage Agro based Industries, which also includes utilization of Bamboo, and as there is a vast scope for development of Bamboo Industry, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders by taking into consideration the reasons mentioned by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
