HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13754 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they are in possession of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.39 cents in Survey No.270 and Ac.0.15 cents in Survey No.271/1 of Magallu Village, Nandigama Mandal, Krishna District which is the ancestral property of the petitioners. Originally, the said property was in possession of 1st petitioner's grand father and after his death the father of the 1st petitioner and husband of the 2nd petitioner inherited the said property and his name was also entered in the 1-B register and Adangals and Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds were also issued in favour of father of the 1st petitioner. After the death of 1st petitioner's father the 1st petitioner submitted application dated 03.03.2016 to the respondents requesting for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass boos and title deed. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 03.03.2016, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
