This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 5th respondent/ Station House Officer, Chunchupalli Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in not acting upon the report, dated 22.04.2019, submitted by the petitioner for taking action against the respondents 6 to 10 for illegally trying to grab the petitioner's plot Nos.458 and 459 situated at Housing Board, Nandathanda Grampanchayat, Chunchupally Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the record.

The material placed on record reveals that the relief sought in this Writ Petition is civil in nature. The petitioner has to file an appropriate suit before the competent Agency Court and seek the relief sought in this Writ Petition. This Court declines to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4 .

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
