HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1603 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order in E.P.No.15 of 2013 in O.S.No.65 of 2012 dated 26.03.2015.

The order dated 26.03.2015 is a docket order confirming sale, and posting the case, for issuance of sale certificate, to 29.04.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to deposit the sale amount as the property, which is many times more than the decretal amount, was sold for a small amount.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for setting aside the sale on the ground of his willingness to deposit the decretal amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision in view of the above.

Permission is accorded, and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
