On written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject case has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 28.03.2017 and a final report is filed before the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
