THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1925 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37846 of 2013 dated 02.01.2014, which gave raise to the present contempt case.

However, on behalf of the petitioner, a request is made that liberty may be preserved to the petitioner to pursue the remedy available under law if he has got any grievance still subsisting against the respondents. Preserving the said liberty, the contempt case stands disposed of. No orders as to costs.
