THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE K. SUJANA Tr. C.M.P.NO.148 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous PeLition is filed by the petitioner who is the wife of respondent seeking transfer. of F.C.O.P.No.56 of 2022 from the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-lil Additional District Judge, Warangal to the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

F.C.O.P.No.56 of 2O22 is filed by the petitioner to declare the marriage performed on 17.02.2020 between the petitioner and respondent as null and void. F.C.O.P.No.56 of 2022 was filed before the Judge, Family Court-cum-Ill Additional District Judge, Warangal as at that point of time, they both resided at Hanamkonda.

Even though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation on his behalf.

The contention of the petitioner is that presently she is residing at Abdullapumet, Ranga Reddy District and she is now working as Librarian. Though she hled the petition in Warangal,

as she is now working in Abdullapurmet, it is difficult for her to go to Warangal and all the way she has to travel 160 km by appiying leave. Therefore, she prayed the Court to transfer F.C.O.p.No.56 of 2022 from the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-lll Additional District Judge, Warangal to the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

As seen from the record, the said F.C.O.P., was filed by the petitioner herein, in Warangal, as the couple resided at Warangal after the marriage and later she got employed in Abdullapurmet, Ranga Reddy District. It is also alleged that petitioner is suffering with Cervical Spondylitis and other health problems, therefore, she cannot travel for each and every adjournment. 6.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the employment of petitioner, the Transfer C.M.P., is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.56 of 2022 is withdrawn from the hle of Judge, Family Court-cum-Ill Additional District Judge, Warangal and the same is transferred to the hle ofJudge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file relating to F.C.O.P.No.56 of 2022, after duly indexed, within a period of one I

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this ord.er, under intimation to the other side. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in ttris Tr. C.M.P. shall stand closed.
