HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.11971 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 to 6 in dispossessing the petitioner from the property bearing No.6-3900/9, Veeru Castle, Durga Nagar Colony, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, and causing him loss to a tune of Rs.40.00 Lakhs. This is a case of alleged highhandedness of the respondents 4 to 6. If there is a highhandedness and misuse of power by the respondents 4 to 6, it is always open to the higher authorities to take appropriate action after making an enquiry. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Hyderabad, who shall cause an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as and when the petitioner approaches and submits a representation. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
