This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No. 199 of 2021 on the file of Rajagopalpet Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468,471,420,290 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case has been referred as civil in nature and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous.
