Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner complains against the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner in the post of Attender under the control of the fourth respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
3. On 17.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice.
There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.3.2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.
4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 17.12.2009, no further order is necessary.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
