THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13369 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners was that the police authorities were not registering a crime upon their complaint and undertaking investigation in connection there with.

The Sub Inspector of Police, Bathili Police Station Srikakulam District, addressed written instructions dated 11.06.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioners Crime No.13 of 2011 was registered and the parties were bound over to maintain law and order. The case was stated to have been closed on 12.04.2014. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the petitioners' grievance as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities was without basis.
