This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders in W.P.M.P.No.26373 of 2016 in W.P.No.21482 of 2016, dated 12.08.2016.

Today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order was complied with.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
