This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not passing any orders on the applications, dated 14.12.2017, 19.02.2019 and 18.03.2019, of the petitioner and also legal notice, dated 01.11.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to consider the case of the petitioner by recording his name in the revenue records as per the judgment and decree, dated 15.02.2013, rendered in O.S.No.64 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and perused the record. 3 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1-00 in Survey No.189/ 3, situated at Polepalle Ramnagar Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District. He also obtained a decree, dated 15.02.2013, in O.S.No.64 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, in his favour. Therefore, he made several representations to mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. However, no action is taken yet on the said representations. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The material placed on record reveals that the petitioner has made representations, dated 14.12.2017, 19.02.2019 and 18.03.2019, requesting respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, to examine and incorporate his name in the revenue records, pursuant to the decree, dated 15.02.2013. As per the record, the said representations are not yet disposed of.

Under these circumstances, respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, is directed to examine the representations, dated 14.12.2017, 19.02.2019 and 18.03.2019, of the petitioner and dispose of the same in terms of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 .

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 30, 2019.
