This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents, in stopping the illegal constructions and encroachments in the petitioner's lands and properties situated in Survey Nos.185 to 196, 247 to 251, 59 and 65 of Manikonda Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Sarosh Bastawala, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
