Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Municipality, Sri Y.Rama Rao, Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority and Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 4 and 5.

The petitioner submits that he made a representation on 14.03.2018 to the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle No.21 (old Circle No.12), Serilingampally, Hyderabad, for renewal of building permission granted to his predecessor in title, but, the said representation is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Municipality, states that the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the said representation within six weeks. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle No.21 (old Circle No.12), Serilingampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2018, within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner.
