HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 9804 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action on the complaints of the petitioner dt.08.01.2019 and 09.02.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into after making GD entry; that on verification it is disclosed that the matter is civil in nature, as such, the Station House Officer, Chityal, tried to serve notice on the petitioner informing the same, but the petitioner refused to receive it; and as such the Station House Officer sent the copy of the said notice through registered post to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, by placing on record the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies as may be available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
