Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order dated 18.02.2016.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order dated 18.02.2016 and if the petitioner prefers an appeal, it is needless to say that the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of appeal from the petitioner.
