Ahmed Bin Amer Bajrai, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22340 fo 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"Issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 4 in not taking action on the basis of representation given by the petitioner dated 28.06.2016 for cancellation of mutation/assessment in respect of property No.18-7-198/A/313/A/4 in Sy.No.13, Admn., situated at Murad Mahal, Talabkutta, Hyderabad, renumbered as 18-7198/A/313/2/2, as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to dereliction of duties;
and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.06.2016 made by the petitioner for cancellation of mutation/assessment in respect of the said property." Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on the representation dated 28.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking cancellation of mutation/assessment in respect of the property which is subject matter of dispute, at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on the representation dated 28.06.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,
if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
