HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 26332 OF 2008 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This petition is pending since 2008 for admission. On last occasion (25-04-2016), this Court passed the following order: "We have adjourned this petition on several occasions. On last date of hearing, it was adjourned for four weeks at the request of learned counsel for the parties. Today, once again, Ms. G. Vedapriya, learned counsel seeks adjournment on the ground that the learned Senior Counsel, who is to argue this petition is held up before other Court. This itself shows that there is no urgency.

Stand over to 18.7.2016."

The petition was adjourned on several occasions and on most of the occasions, it was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. Today, Ms. G. Vedapriya, learned counsel once again seeks adjournment on the ground that learned Senior Counsel who is to argue this petition is not available. When we refused to grant adjournment, she expressed her inability to argue this petition. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
