HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43213 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the enquiry was completed and an order of removal was passed on 12.12.2016.

In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate legal proceedings against the order of removal, dated 12.12.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
