This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.29831 of 2016, dated 23.01.2017. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file a fresh contempt case after issuing appropriate notices to the respondents.
