Respondent/ Respondent ( Respondents in -do- ) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court by an order dt. 06.05.2021 in Crl.P. No.3692 of 2027, in so far as directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, every Saturday between 12.00 Noon and 05.00 PM until fufther orders in the interests of justice;

CRLP NO: 3692OF 2021 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner / Accused No.1 in Cr.No.190/2021 of Bachupally P.S., Cyberabad in the event of arrest The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 06.05.2021 made in Crl.P and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Cou rt made the following

ORDER

This Application has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 06,05.2021, insofar as directing petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer on every Saturday between 12,00 Noon and O5.0O P.M. until further orders.

While granting bail to petitioner by the order dated 06.05,2O21, along with other conditions, petitioner was also directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Bachupally Police Station on every Saturday between 12.O0 Noon and 05,O0 P.M, till completion of the investigation. None appears for the petitioner,

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner is appearing before the Station House Officer, as directed, from the date the said order was passed.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is appearing before the Station House Officer from the last almost five months, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the said condition.
