HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3828 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2012 of Women P.S, Nizamabad. However, police after investigation filed charge-sheet and case was registered as C.C.No.817 of 2013 by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad and in fact the present petitioners/A.1 to A.8 filed Crl.P.No.14522 of 2014 for quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.817 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad and after enquiry, the same is dismissed today i.e, on 15.04.2015.

Hence, the present Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
