H.No.10-3-7, Pall-mall Court, East Maredpally, Secunderabad .....RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos 3 and 4 in not permitting the petitioner to enter into his house property on insistence of a false report lodged by respondent No 6 on instigation of respondent no 5 and keeping petitioner property under lock and key as being Illegal, Arbitrary, Un Constitutional, against the Letter and Spirit of Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of Natural Justice and Fair Play, and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 not to interfere with his enjoyment and possession of the property;

The petition coming on for hearing, and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein order of High Court dated 07-01-2015 & 1901-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Immaneni Rama Rao Advocate for the Petitioner, and GP for Home (TG) for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 the Court made the following ORDER:
