This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.236 of 2014 of Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3 (i) (vii) of SCs and STs (POA) Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 6.02.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kodad and numbered as PRC.No.3 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Cr.No.236 of 2014 Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
