THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7962 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation on 28-12-2017 to 2nd respondent for holding of skill test to enable him to joint the 3rd respondent Society, but the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.28-12-2017 within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
