This is a second bail Petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner who arrayed as Accused No.3 in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of Station House Officer, Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State. 3.
This is the second bail petition. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner vide Crl.Petition No.2480 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 20.03.2023 on the ground that accused No.1 has confessed that he supplied 600 Gelatine sticks and 300 Detonators to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are no changed circumstances between the date of dismissal of earlier bail application and present application.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I do not find any justifiable grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Station House Officer, Chandrayangutta Police Station and on his surrender, after completion of formalities of remand, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court for regular bail.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
