This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the property bearing Municipal No.10-5-21/8/2/A situated at Masabtank, Hyderabad, by demolishing the existing structure, without following due process of law. It is the case of the petitioner that she made application dated 21.11.2016 under G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014 for regularization in respect of the subject property and that the same is pending consideration before the 3rd and 4th respondents. Since the application of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016 for regularization is stated to be pending, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law. Till then, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
