This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned order dt.21.08.2015 passed by respondent No.1-Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District in case No.F1/ 872/ 2014 as illegal and arbitrary in the interest of justice and by protecting and safeguarding the right and title of the petitioner in respect of the schedule of property as contained in the sale deed dated 12.09.2016." 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 12 and perused the record.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that under the guise of the impugned proceedings, the revenue authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. 4.

It is pertinent to state that there is no notice issued till date for dispossessing the petitioner.

Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to grant any relief at this stage.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
