HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31676 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 06.06.2012 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Guntur-2nd respondent.

The petitioner approached this Court five years after the impugned award has been passed by the 2nd respondent without giving proper reasons for the delay. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of latches. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
