THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2610 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents passed an order on 16.02.2017 implementing the orders of this Court, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for arrears for the period prior to reinstatement in service.

In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps including submitting the representation to the authority concerned. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
