Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the l i s in the writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 21.10.2013, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.119 of 2013 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

In view of the above, all these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.10.2013 passed in PIL.No.119 of 2013 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petitions, shall stand closed.
