This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 16-04-2013 in I.A.No.719 of 2012 in O.S.No.232 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed an application under Order I Rule 10 of C.P.C. in O.S.No.232 of 2012.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this revision.
