THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7966 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation on 19.02.2018 to the 2nd respondent to consider his case for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dt.19.02.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
