HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY And HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No.9783 of 2019 ORDER (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) The petitioners seek direction to respondents not to sanction any further petrol stations in Bhimgal Town, as the establishment of the Petrol Pumps is causing 100% increase in the air pollution.

On 04-06-2019 learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for conversion of writ petition into Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L). Now learned counsel for the petitioners says that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file P.I.L.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file P.I.L. if so advised.
