THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7981 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the rejection of the application of the petitioner in Form VI A for mutation and for issuance of title deed cum e-pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner for the land in an extent of Ac.0.72 cents in Survey No.587/1D of Rayachoty Village fields, Rayachoty Mandal, YSR District, through the online endorsement dated 16.02.2018, without assigning any reason.

As this Court noticed that there is a provision for appeal/revision against the impugned order, the Writ Petition cannot be maintained. However, since the intimation of rejection was by online process, the fourth respondent is directed to communicate a copy of the order giving reasons for rejection within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal/revision before the competent authority. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file the appeal/revision against the impugned order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if the petitioner files the appeal/revision within the period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, there shall be status quo with regard to the entries in the revenue records till the disposal of appeal/revision. If no appeal/revision is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 12.03.2018 Note: Issue C.C in three days.
