This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitioners' theatre as per its application, dated 24.04.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents, and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch.

Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch to this order.
