This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.12.2016 in I.A.No.563 of 2016 in O.S.No.635 of 2016 on the file of the XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
