This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 14 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.400 of 2017 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 323 and 448 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 31.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, and C.C number is awaited.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
