This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail in connection with Crime No.202 of 2020 on the file of Ramannapet Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 420, 495, 313, 342, 504, 506, 120-B, 376(2) and 109 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C").

Heard Sri T.Pradeep learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1 in the aforementioned Crime. The de facto complainant filed written report stating that she was married to the petitioner/Accused No.1 and living as husband and wife. On two occasions the petitioner/Accused No.1 got the de facto complainant aborted for the reason of detected that she would give birth to a female child. Petitioner/Accused No.1 is in jail since 06.01.2022 and the investigation is almost complete, for which

Crl.Petition No.2476 of 2022 reason this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ramannapet.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the investigating authorities on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM for a period of three (03) months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
