THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41550 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application dt.03-11-2015 to the 3rd respondent for a Common Depot License and 3rd respondent has not considered the same and issued such a licence to petitioner.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent be directed to consider the petitioner's application, provided it is in order and dispose of the same within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application for issuance of licence for establishment of a common depot made on 03-11-2015, within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner fulfilling all the formalities such as submission of documents, payment of requisite fee etc. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
