Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the third respondent on the online application dated 22.06.2016, made by the petitioner through E-Seva for granting pattadar pass book and title deed and for mutation of his name in all online land revenue records being maintained by the third respondent for his agricultural land admeasuring Acs.5.04 cents out of Acs.11.08 cents in Survey No.1275 situated in Matli Revenue Village, H/ o.Matli Village Panchayat area in Veeraballi Mandal of Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted online application through E-Seva for granting pattadar pass book and title deed and for mutation of his name

towards the property in question on 22.06.2016, till date, no orders are passed on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the application made is in accordance with law, the respondentauthorities may be directed to consider the same and pass orders at the earliest.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the online application dated 22.06.2016, made by the petitioner through E-Seva for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed and for mutation of the name of the petitioner in all online land revenue records in respect of land in Survey No.1275 admeasuring Acs.5.04 cents out of Acs.11.08 cents situated in Matli Revenue Village, H/ o.Matli Village Panchayat area in Veeraballi Mandal, Kadapa District, if the same is in order, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
