This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.576 of 2017 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 submitted that he will agitate before the Court below with regard to the impugned proceedings and requested permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 4 .

Granting said liberty, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
