This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners/ decree-holders, assailing the order, dated 01.08.2014, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, passed in E.A.No.134 of 2014 in E.P.No.76 of 2013 in O.S.No.269 of 2011.

There is no representation for the petitioners/ decree-holders. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the Executing Court dismissed the execution proceedings, on 01.08.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging the order passed in an Execution Application in the said E.P. 3 .
