THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3019 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner to quash the order dated 18.01.2018 in Crl.R.P.No.57 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Cyberabad, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the petition with liberty to workout the remedies available before the Court of sessions. The petitioner is entitled to do so.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
