HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.11027 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has informed the Court that the writ petition is filed seeking conversion of the post from VRA to VRO. As on today VRO post is abolished and since VRO post is abolished, the relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted.

In view of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, as the VRO post itself is already abolished. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
