/ THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3O68 of 2O2O ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Cr.No.273 of 2O2O of P.S.Shameerpet, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 427 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, against the petitioners/accused.
02. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted a letter dated O1-09-2022 addressed by tJ:e Sub-lnspector of Police, Shameerpet P.S., wherein it is stated that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.1709 of 2021.
03. The same is recorded.
04. In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been
defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.
05. In view of the above, this Criminal petition is liable to be dismissed.
06. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
