On 28.01.2015 none appeared for the revision petitioner, hence the office is directed to list the revision under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of the revision being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Hence, the revision is dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
