THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12914 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not investigating the case in Crime No.155 of 2019 and not arresting respondent Nos.5 to 11.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within one month before the concerned Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
