Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against Order, dated 11-08-2014, in OP.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru.

Mr.Karthik Pavan Kumar, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 09-08-2016, to

the Registrar (Judicial) wherein it is stated that by letter/affidavit, dated 04-08-2016, the appellant informed him that she would like to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as she has settled the dispute with her husband.

At the hearing, Ms.D.Neeharika Reddy, learned Counsel representing the learned Counsel for the appellant, reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
